New Generation Automatic ring forming and welding machines - Now with more welding options!

Depending on your needs we offer a program of automatic ring forming and welding machines that work from wire coils. Rings are produced with exacting flatness and minimal burr. As an example, for over 25 years these machines have been delivered to manufacturers of lamp shades where ring flatness, diameter accuracy and burr-free welds are critical. The recently introduced generation of machines integrate CNC controls for maximum machine operator friendliness, fast diameter changeovers and more. This model can manufacture welded (or non welded) rings as small as 80 mm.
